Terms of Service

  • I refuse to work off AI art/reference images

  • I will not work with bigots, ever

  • I don't draw NSFW, but suggestive is ok!

  • I do not draw extreme gore

  • Paypal only / Kofi Link

  • I only communicate via Telegram, Discord and/or Bluesky → @Nymbusu

The Client CANNOT:

  • Be under the age of 18, I do not work with minors

  • Claim my artwork as their own work; tracing is not allowed

  • Use commissioned work in an offensive manner, or with malicious intent

  • Resell artwork or designs for a higher price than it was purchased

  • Use commissioned artwork to train AI image generation

  • Use commissioned artwork for monetary projects

Refunds

⚠️ Please contact me as soon as possible if you feel you may need a refund!

  • I reserve the right to refuse or refund a commission at any time.

  • Chargebacks will result in a blacklist.

  • Any refunds that need to be issued due to my error will always be refunded in full and immediately.

  • No refunds after sketch has been started & provided

⚠️ Refunds and/or partial refunds may be issued under specific circumstances:

  • No progress has been made on the commission for a duration of 2 months.

  • If the finished artwork is drastically wrong due to my error
